nice to meet ya!
Raised in Texas, I spent my first two decades navigating religious trauma, grappling with my queer identity, and feeling overwhelmed by the magnitude of my creative dreams. These early challenges launched me into an intensive healing journey, guided by therapy, self-help wisdom, and Buddhist teachings.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I entered the fast-paced world of tech, eventually advancing to an account executive role at Calm. Despite external success, I felt increasingly disillusioned by hierarchical corporate structures and the relentless push to sell products disconnected from deeper human needs.
Throughout my life, the most consistent and resonant thread has been holding space for others — having the privilege of nurturing deeper freedom, authenticity, and self-expression. That clarity led me to step away from tech and toward a truer focus—becoming a therapist.
These days, I help individuals move from feeling stuck to cultivating lives of profound meaning and purpose. I draw from diverse approaches, including existential psychotherapy, creativity coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work from a strengths-based perspective, viewing mental wellness as a dynamic journey of agency and growth, rather than through the limiting and stigmatizing lens of the traditional medical model.
I offer therapy services (accepting insurance and private pay) for clients in California, and coaching services for individuals outside of California.
