Gender Assessments and Affirming Care Letters

I offer one-time assessments and letters of readiness for gender-affirming medical care, including hormone therapy (HRT) and surgical procedures (top and bottom surgery). With specialized training in gender-affirming support, my aim is to make this process straightforward, accessible, and free of unnecessary obstacles.

In our 50-minute assessment session, we'll explore your gender journey, your hopes for the treatment you’re seeking, and any experiences of gender incongruence. After our meeting, your letter will be completed and sent within 24–48 business hours. All assessments and letters follow the standards set by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

To keep this service accessible, I offer a flexible, pay-what-you-can rate between $90–$250, covering the session, letter, and any needed follow-up.
